Suppose we are in need of negative voltage in an application so we are in need of batteries connected in series together to generate negative voltage
Double your input voltage both in positive and negative using Tenet’s breakout
How about doubling your input voltage both in positive and in negative isn’t it cool? Yes we are talking about converting your input positive voltage to negative, as well as doubling it; suppose in any application where you are in need of a negative voltage as well as doubling your input voltage this is done by the LM2662 voltage converter breakout board introduced by Tenet Technetronics, one of the main applications of LM2662 is that is The LM2662 CMOS charge-pump voltage converter inverts a positive voltage in the range of 1.5V to 5.5 V to the corresponding negative voltage. The LM2662 uses a capacitor which provides 200mA of output current. The supply voltage that you can give to this is 6V maximum. The operating efficiency is 90% at most loads.

Applications:
- One of the application is in Operational amplifier power supplies where you are in need of negative input voltage to op-amp
- It also helps in providing proper voltages in Hand held instruments
- Medical instruments like Heartbeat sensor
Experiment-01: Inverting your input voltage without headers
From the above fig you can see to that your input positive voltage is being converted to corresponding negative voltage, the input voltage we are giving is +3.3V from the power supply breakout.
Experiment-02: Doubling your input voltage with headers
From the above fig you can see to that your input positive voltage is being doubled the input voltage, the input we are giving is +3.3V from the power supply breakout, the output is 6.3V
