Last week of the month JULY was a great week for Tenet Varsity as we had been the part of Eighth International Conference organized by ‘The society of Information Processing’ with ‘University Visvesvaraya college of Engineering, Bangalore’.
This was a conference that was organized with the intentions covering paper presentation on Communication Networks, Image & Signal Processing, and Data mining & Warehousing. The participants for this conference came from various parts of INDIA.
Tenet Technetronics was proud to be part of this conference and presented a hands-on tutorial session on “SCILAB – Open Source for Numerical Computation” and it was well received by the attendees. Mr. Umashankar Shetty and Mr. Thaufeek facilitated this Session. We were greeted well by the faculties of UVCE. It was indeed great fun to interact with lecturers, professors and researchers on open source in general and SCILAB in particular. The session went well along with the questionnaires.
At the end of the session we were able to give a brief idea on “What is SCILAB and what can be achieved by using SCILAB and the application spectrum”.
