GPIO:
Most noticeable thing on the B+ is the additional GPIO headers.B+ has 40 GPIO Pins rather than 26. First 26 pins are exactly same as the Raspberry Pi B.
Audio & Video:
The analog video port is now combined with the 3.5 mm audio jack into a single AV port.
Storage:
Now the SD card size has been re-sized to micro SD card.Other than size there is no much difference between them.
