Tenet has remained more a supplier company in the past and we have had customers who have been constantly contacting us for varying kind of services and we have been thinking about introducing these services since the past 1 year. As always we want to do things at a higher efficiency as well as with highest quality and keep things very simple to both our customers as well as ourselves. In this endeavour we collected the number of requests that came to us in the past 1 year and took a call on what was the most demanded service that our customers wanted us to deliver and we found that " PCB fabrication " was on the top of the list.
Now that we had the most demanded service we collected some of the pain points that people stated to us and accordingly build a bussiness model that would cater to solve these out.
Here are some of the scenarios that came up on the top of the list and suggested along with them are the solution we though off that would help our customers :
Pain Point 1:
1) Customer designs an electronic circuit on a breadboard and wants to design a PCB that can hold on the entire circuit :
Solution 1: If the customer is interested to know how to design it on his own one could attend our PCB workshop and get a glimpse of the entire process on handing over a design to a fab.
One could later send the files to us to have the design fabricated.
Solution 2: Customer wants his design on a circuit diagram to be converted into a PCB and is not interested in learning the PCB design software.
One could submit a schematic diagram and also interact with our servcies team to decide on the form factor as well as any other specification that they may have and have the design done by technical team at Tenet Technetronics.
Pain Point 2:
Minimum quantity requirement to get a PCB designed ?
Solution 1: We could manufacture any quantities between 4 to millions and the price is competitive based on the quantity. Nevertheless the least possible numbers are 4.
Pain Point 3:
Time lines for the PCB to be manufactured.
Solution 1: We currently have the expertise to get the PCB designs out approximately in a time schedule of (7 to 10 working days for quantities under 100) and we would extend paid services where customers would be able to get their designs fabricated within a minimum time frame of 4-5 working days at an additional processing cost.
Pain Point 4:
How do I get a PCB online and have it delivered ?
Solution 1: The only input from customers would be the design file executables (gerbers ..etc ) and an online payment to Tenet and we would deliver it to the mailing address once the PCBs are ready.
For more information we also have created a online webpage linked of our official website that carries more information.
