During the last couple of months people here at Tenet have been working on improving the user experience on our website as well as improve the quality of the customer support ! In the recent past we bought a dedicated server to make our website resistant to down times and this time around we initiated the process of upgrading our eCommerce website to a new back end engine. Customers will have a better experience buying products . We have had customers complaining about the payment gateway issues and not been able to place orders ., this should be resolved now and if you have issues further please drop us an email and we will get them fixed soon !
There are some exciting features coming up in the next couple of days (Wait for the surprises ………! ) and we also are launching some new products as well as services that would cater to a lot of people out there (DIY’ers , hackers, students, professionals !) and also there is a whole lot of training modules and workshops lined up on exciting topics so stay tuned with the website to know more.
Last but not least we are also trying to collect a survey on what services/products that you would like us to have and if you have suggestions please do drop us an email so that we can bring them on to our store at a reasonable price and backed with great Technical/Customer Support.
