Beagle Boards no doubt are extremely popular development tools of the decade and so is the case with Android . One of the things that we had i mind was to port android onto these boards for one of our customer projects . It has been extremely difficult path to achieve this and we spent quite a bit of time finding out solutions from various means like attending workshops, forum interactions ..etc. At the end its now satisfying that we not even ported it but are also now in a position to even set up a workshop so that people out there like us can kick start android development.
